My favorite word

I think about my favorite word for a while and I think the word--shanghai is very special for me. Because English is not my first language and shanghai is a word that have the similar pronunciation. That's very interesting word for me and it's also a word which easy for me to remember. Shanghai is a modern city in China. Look! There are many tall buildings in this city. But it also saves a lot of old buildings to save the history of the city. More importantly, the food in shanghai is delicious, I can eat a lot of fodd from different foreign country but I also can eat some delicious shanghai snack. These snacks are special and have the taste of home. The other reason this word is special for me is that Shanghai is the city which I have lived for 18 years. My parents and grandparents lived in shanghai. I also have lot friends in Shanghai. I had a good memory in Shanghai. I remember that when I had Toefl test, there is a question that describe the city you living, shanghai is the city I living, Shanghai is my favorite English word and shanghai is also my home.
